High pitched frequency sound coming from Neighbour's house...?

lol, i'm sooo glad i'm not the only one who can hear those. when you see the guy, maybe just go tell him you can hear it and ask if he has one somewhere and would maybe move it to a different location. bringing cookies or something cold to drink could maybe soften the situation too. :) good luck
