Why can't a new NFL cba get done ?

I think they should be locked in a room and only let out to use the restroom and food will be brought in other then that they should be chained to the table hammering a deal out non stop no one leaves no cell phones one computer with ms word to type the cba and guards making shure they can not get out The other thing is camera should be placed inside so the fans can see what is really going on. Just pissed off at the lockout chargers season ticket holder for 10 years
