My friend thinks it's ok to lie to me and the others in out group what should I do?

my friends keeps making up crap and spreading stuff about all her friends she also said she had cancer and my boyfriend also knows about this and his dad died of cancer. I really cba with it anymore and don't know what to do. What should I do?
