What account should i pick to use on runescape?

OK so i have 2 main accounts on runescape my main account level is 82 and all my combat such as strength, att and def are good but that's about it oh and iv done allot more quests. But my other account has allot higher levels in everything else :l but i really cba getting my combat levels up on that account and doing all the quests but saying that i cba getting all the other stats up on my level 82 either HELP please!
