If you were me would you bother confronting this jerk?

I have a friend who I recently discovered is not a real friend at all. Its a long story, but for starters he has sabatoged a past court case of mine. He is gay and did not want the "man" to get into trouble. (the man did sexual assault) Also he has told many stories and lies, never stays consistent. and he has stopped calling me, avoids calls, makes excuses. and he has done some pretty crazy things to me. When I tried to confront him on how he has said certain things, he of course either changes his story, or forgets his lies all together!. When he heard I was going to charge someone with sexual assault and Sue a School, he made a comment that a "dyke" was charging him with sexual assault and he had to go to court, so couldn't spend the day with me. way later, he changed the story..he lied, he was just mad and said that cause of the man i was going to charge. I didn't end up pursuing the case, my so called friend was also a witness and he basically messed up my whole case..and took off afterwards. I dropped the case against the school. he also has done some pretty nasty things. I mentioned a job i wanted to apply for, he ran and tried to get my job!. And he only calls if he needs something. theres alot more to this, but its too long a story. Basically if you had a freind who was making subtle hints at you, then later denying what he had said, even pathologising you..etc never staying consistent and forgetting his lies. Is it worth confronting this jerk? Or would you just move along. I want some advice this is bothering me alot.?

Racists on PSN (Playstation Network)?

This is my 10TH time this week, and probably 30TH time this month that I've received or witness racism on PSN. My friends list consists of europeans, japanese, chinese, american, puerto ricans, and mexicans. I'm black (American) and I was with 2 of my white U.K. friends, mexican friend, and the rest were my black friends. My character is black on Uncharted 2 & UC3 beta and I have "brooklyn" in my PSN name, we played 10 games and all of them were against racist, white Americans. We left every time to play against new people, but they were all different racists on all 10 tries saying "hey, he's black, brooklyn? oh thats a n*gger". We witness this ALL the TIME from White american players (NOT ALL OF THEM) but the racist people on PSN are always White americans. My U.K. and japanese friends decided to just end the gaming for the day, then we talked on the mics about racism in America. Have you ever experienced racism on PSN?

The wife is the only witness to an assault and dose not wish to give evidence in court can she refuse to do so?

as she also knows the family of the accused and is intimidated by the threat of going to court.we recently moved out of the area,and she withdrew her statement.as she wanted no further involvement in the case,she has now been contacted by the police saying she is likely to be summond to appear at court.What can she do ? or dose she need legal advice from a Lawyer/Barrister.?

How do you tell a girl that her vagina smells?

Just wondering, why do you not celebrate any holidays? I don't mean this in a criticizing or condescending way. I'm genuinely interested in what your reasons are for not doing so. I have heard that Christmas and Easter have pagan origins...is that why, and you believe it's wrong because of that? Is it true that you also don't celebrate birthdays? Also, since you do obviously believe in the birth and resurrection of Christ, do you have any kind of special Kingdom Hall meetings for these things around Christmas and Easter and just not do the whole Santa, Christmas trees, and Easter bunny stuff? Now I get a picture of your friend vividly. Here is how I can analyze her. She just have too much fun talking with all guys on line. Then move into taxing plus calling each other then going into dirty jokes. She just want to do extra since her parents probably forbid her for dating, hanging out with guys or doing chat on line. You can not do much because she will not learn until she gets into real serious problem. You only warn and warn politely otherwise you will loose her friendship. Luckily she does not sleep with him or many guys. Plus she knows how to stop before it gets worst. Try to take her mind off to some place else as such shopping at the mall or eating out at night at the food plaza. Take her smart head to something like planning for a career or travel far away in the future. I wish you well and I hope you still hanging out with her no matter what.

i think the defense attorney jose baez should be checked ! it seem like every witness he calls to the stand ends up being a better witness for the prosecution , the latest blunder was calling george anthony to the stand , and asking him if he ever tried to commit suicide well this opened the door for the prosecution to get georges suicide note in as evidence , which is akin to a death bed confession ( when you think you are going to die you tend to tell the truth ) and the note clearly shows george had no idea what happened to cay lee or where she was , boom goes the drowning and dad helped hide the death defense.

It's hard to tell only hearing your side of the story. My advice is you just tell him how you feel. If he does like you, it will become obvious. If not, then that will be too. If he really is a good friend and being a friend is his only intentions, he'll understand and things between you won't change. Don't become obsessive. That will only ruin things. If he doesn't like you back, you'll learn to accept it naturally.

there are so many players involved that I don't think it would work out $$$$ wise for cap room an all of that stuff. But if it were to happen and work out it would be a great trade for the Magic and the Hornets would have just made one of the worst deal in the history of the NBA giving up both West and Paul for very little. I take it that your are a hopeful magic fan. That would be the best possible secnerio for the magic but unfortunately your front court may be Andrew Bynum and lamar odom next year, not west and howard. I do think though that both the magic and the hornets need to do something or else both paul and howard will probably leave in free agency so they either need to trade them and get some value for their superstars, or bring in another superstar to keep the one they already have.
