(10 points!) Should I go for it?

I am a girl, and i'll tell you my opinion if i was that girl, but first off let me tell u what would i do if i was a guy. I know u said no bumping into her but this sounds pretty good to me : maybe you should see some places she usually goes to ( ex library, some coffee shop ) and go there, and "accidentally" see her and go like : Oh hi, my name is ___ we live in the same block/street. Then she'd probably introduce herself too, sit there together and meet :)) Going in front of her door is good to, but wont get u far. It is not ridiculous of course . And if i was her, it wouldn't freak me out, especially if ur good looking and in great shape as u said :) Good luck, hope i helped.
