Its sort of too soon, she'll probably think your cute, since you say your attractive, but knocking on her door to introduce yourself seems a little on the stalker side, so just go up to her one morning or day when shes walking all alone, and just say, hi I'm (name)..im new here, (ask her her name), then just walk away and say, "see you around", then from there, the next time you see her, you can ask her to go to the store with you, or something like that, and by then youll get to knoe her and built a friendship, (im a girl, I know things) hope i helped
