How can i stretch Global Warming into a constitutional issue?

For a school CBA i have to write a paper and Global Warming is my topic and my view on it is that humans aren't the sole cause for it. Our CBA has to be a constitutional issue and this was on a list of constitutional issues but i don't know how it relates to the constitution. I have to have specific examples so PLEASE help!!!!
