Lost 4 pounds and 3/4 in last 3 days :D?

If you lost 4 pounds in 3 days then it's waterweight. The body can only lose 1-2 pounds at MOST of fat in a week. Anything more than that is waterweight. It's GREAT you're making lifestyle changes! In no time, the weight will drop right off :)
