yes definitely, but this is coming from a girl ok..she will be really happy you talked to her but while your talking if she seems a little unfriendly or doesn't flirt with you its because you caught her off guard probably not wearing makeup or looking crappy. You should do it anyway just dont be discouraged if she doesnt open up to you right away or seem happy, trust me she will be happy about it though and soon later start being flirty too.
