I have a friend who I recently discovered is not a real friend at all. Its a long story, but for starters he has sabatoged a past court case of mine. He is gay and did not want the "man" to get into trouble. (the man did sexual assault) Also he has told many stories and lies, never stays consistent. and he has stopped calling me, avoids calls, makes excuses. and he has done some pretty crazy things to me. When I tried to confront him on how he has said certain things, he of course either changes his story, or forgets his lies all together!. When he heard I was going to charge someone with sexual assault and Sue a School, he made a comment that a "dyke" was charging him with sexual assault and he had to go to court, so couldn't spend the day with me. way later, he changed the story..he lied, he was just mad and said that cause of the man i was going to charge. I didn't end up pursuing the case, my so called friend was also a witness and he basically messed up my whole case..and took off afterwards. I dropped the case against the school. he also has done some pretty nasty things. I mentioned a job i wanted to apply for, he ran and tried to get my job!. And he only calls if he needs something. theres alot more to this, but its too long a story. Basically if you had a freind who was making subtle hints at you, then later denying what he had said, even pathologising you..etc never staying consistent and forgetting his lies. Is it worth confronting this jerk? Or would you just move along. I want some advice this is bothering me alot.?

This is my 10TH time this week, and probably 30TH time this month that I've received or witness racism on PSN. My friends list consists of europeans, japanese, chinese, american, puerto ricans, and mexicans. My character is black on Uncharted 2 & UC3 beta and I have "brooklyn" in my PSN name, we played 10 games and all of them were against racist, white Americans. We left every time to play against new people, but they were all different racists on all 10 tries saying "hey, he's black, brooklyn? oh thats a n*gger". We witness this ALL the TIME from White american players (NOT ALL OF THEM) but the racist people on PSN are always White americans. My U.K. and japanese friends decided to just end the gaming for the day, then we talked on the mics about racism in America. Have you ever experienced racism on PSN?

Now I get a picture of your friend vividly. Here is how I can analyze her. She just have too much fun talking with all guys on line. It's hard to tell only hearing your side of the story. My advice is you just tell him how you feel. If he does like you, it will become obvious. If not, then that will be too. If he really is a good friend and being a friend is his only intentions, he'll understand and things between you won't change. Don't become obsessive. That will only ruin things. weird....i don't know about the clothes BUT on the walls, it could be previous stains, (such as nicotine), that were not sealed correctly before the last paint job. 8mths pregnant and was fired should i contact a lawyer?

I don't think so. The NFL is only trying to hold power, not necessarily strike the fear into the players as it regards the CBA. Think about it. When the players (in the beginning of the lawsuit) won and the lockout at that time was declared over, the NFL automatically appealed. Why is that? Well the NFL and the owners did not want to lose the lawsuit which would mean losing power. The players gained a great deal of momentum when the lockout was over at that time when the judge ruled agianst the owners. But the NFL appealed because they did not want the the players union to gain power which would mean they would be the one's calling the shots. So quite the contrary, there isn't fear and intimidation regarding this lockout. About 8 months ago I witnessed my 2 year old niece drown and I was instructed to give her mouth to mouth CPR, even though she was already dead. About a month ago I was raped by a stranger. Hey, I'm 17 years old and I'm an Independent Baptist. 2 months ago I began dating someone of the Catholic Faith. Due to the additional scriptures they use other than the Bible, as well and most importantly their beliefs of salvation it bothers me. I asked my gf to describe their way of salvation and shes always says "Justification, confessions and she also stated that her being baptized was them being saved. This is clearly wrong according to the Bible. All the things she describes were works which cannot get someone to heaven. "Not of works, lest any man should boast." Eph 2:9. This week the teacher brought out a machine that he coud put light bulbs in that were filled with different things (mercury was one). When he turned off all the lights in the room and turned on the machine, we held little squares up to our eyes and could see lines representing the material in the bulbs. He explained to us why different things emit different lights in the spectra (like red or violet) and he also showed us a picture of the sun broken down into distinct bright or dark lines in the spectra. What I don't understand is when we break up the light from distant astronomical objects into spectra, why do we often find distinct bright or dark lines in the spectra? (What produces the lines?) How can we use these lines to find out what an object is made of? If someone can explain this so I can feel confident in my understanding of this... that would be amazing!!

male cats are very territorial. If you put food out for them, they are going to fight for it, no matter if there is plenty for all. we get strays around our house alot, and we use a live animal trap to catch them. most of ours are female, so we take them and get them fixed then let them go. But for a male you can take him to a shelter or let him loose somewhere far from your house. I know alot of people say if you do that then it wont survive but cats are natural hunters and do not rely on humans to feed them. Someone killed in boating accident-opinions?

My sons father is taking me to court for SOLE CUSTODY!!?

I am 22 years old (full time mother) to a 2 and half year old beautiful boy. I am on welfare and have a nice apartment (not housing) and I also get support from my mother she has been buying me groceries for 2 and half years since my sons father refuses to pay child support. My sons father is 23 years old and has A lot of money, he has a lawyer and I don't and HE FILED COURT ON ME! We both have shared custody since we are both on the birth certificate. I am a stay at home mom, I have been taking care of my child and so has he but he started paying me $198 a month for about 5 months because my social worker demanded it. in October my sons father put my son in daycare Without My Consent!!! and stopped paying me child support all of a sudden!! I went to my social worker and they gave me a paper to show me how much he owes me in child support including the times hes missed and including INTEREST! My sons father makes me have him on the weekends now but I personally think he is doing this because his girlfirend (That he has cheated on me with when I was 7 and half months pregnant) Keeps telling him to take me to court and get SOLE custody and the court papers say he wants me to have supervised visits as if I'm some crack head or something (I DO NOT DO DRUGS) I am a good mother and take care of my son better then my sons father (his sisters and his girlfirned take care of my son and pick him up from day care since my sons father works 9-5 Job) when my son is with me he gets my FULL attention I am a young single beautiful mother and live on my own and make sure there is breakfast lunch and dinner on the table for my son at all times, I bath him at all times he is with me and take him with me everywhere i go when he is with me. I have court on Thursday at 11AM (June 30th) he lied and said i have no food in my fridge, and says my house is always dirty (I had the police investigate my house and said they have never seen a place so clean and nice since i keep my place well kept and they seen i had food in the fridge!) He says my hallway stinks of marijuana (witch is true) but only because my neighbors are pot heads and they are getting evicted they are moving next month my landlord found out they are selling drugs in the building so she evicted them! CLEARY my sons father is doing everything he can to lie on me just to win, wont it show he is trying to take my child from me because he clearly does not want to pay child support and he says he is takin me to court because I have no MONEY!!! Obviously not I only get enough to pay my rent and my mother provides the groceries since he refusees to pay child support but instead Pays the daycare teacher 800 DOLLARS a month! to do my job !! The only thing I am bringing with me is my witness's and my mother (my second sons father should I say) and the paper stating how much CHILD SUPPORT he owes me. My sons father filed for court BEHIND MY BACK but he gave me the court papers LATE (he filed for court MAY 12 2011, AND GAVE ME THE COURT PAPERS ON MAY 31st!) and kept saying he is not going to take me to court if we have a decent custody agreement HENCE why I do not have a LAWYER!!! Why is my case taking so long?

Need help with assault charge?

Basically what has happened I went out with my girlfriend on Sunday, we were both drunk and she ended up in a fight all I did was grab my girlfriend away from my other friend, the police where called and I was arrested and charged with assault on my girlfriend because two neighbors have written statements but they both only saw me pulling my girlfriend away and not the fight I was pulling her away from! I have been charged with assault based on them two witness and my bail conditions are I can't contact my girlfriend..in the mornin she could not remember wat had happened and told the police that..she knows that all I did was pull her away from a fight and is desperate to see me as I am her! What I can do? It seems the police only have these two statements. Even tho there are atleast four people included my girlfriend who know what I have said the truth and are willing to give a statement to the police but the police just don't seem to want to know??

Assault at work by another worker?

I was assaulted physically at work by another worker , have witnesses put letter of complaint into management , was told worker got final warning on there record, however now find out another complaint about verb-all assault ongoing, feel let down by management as I still feel worried at work the worker may assault me again , has a history of aggressiveness in workplace. Horoscopes: Are good manners important to you?

Yes indeed.. My parents raised us kids with good manners and I continued this wonderful important skill with my daughter. Take "Thank You" for example. I had 4 stepkids and my daghter for 10 years. They didn't have manners. I cooked the dinner, served up the plates, actually took them to each child and held their plate until they said "thank you." I wasn't letting go of that plate till I heard (with eye contact) "thank you." It worked. I had done all the work and at the very least they could say "thank you." I was so proud when we visited others and they were so polite and used good manners. Manners need to be taught until the manners become a habit. After a certain age you can blame the older kids, but really, we only know what we know. I also insisted on "yes mam" and "no sir." It also became a habit. It is our job as parents to teach manners. They seem to be going by the wayside. Sad. Truly sad. And yes, I do still have good manners. As I said, good manners become a part of you, a habit. Yeah, with your Libra moon I'll bet you can't stand it when somebody eats with their mouth open. That grosses me out too though I have no Libra planets. The two manners I believe are most important are thank you and yes mam and no sir. Oh, another great thing to raise your children with is Proper English. Dodge Durango 2003 SLT 5.9 engine is humming to a loud noise during low rpm (low gear)?

I have a Dodge Durango 2003 SLT 5.9 that runs perfect except during the last few days. Upon start the engine emits a noisy sound at low rpm low gear and will have its normal low humming sound once shifted to the 3rd gear and above. I have noticed as well that after a long constant speed drive of 50-55mph again (at least an hour) the engine will have the same noise when you slow down and start to accelerate again. Any suggestion/comment?

I want to do something different with my hair?

Well, I find my hair quite boring and I want a change. I thought a change would be appropriate as I haven't changed it for a year and a month now. I don't think so. The NFL is only trying to hold power, not necessarily strike the fear into the players as it regards the CBA. Think about it. When the players (in the beginning of the lawsuit) won and the lockout at that time was declared over, the NFL automatically appealed. Why is that? Well the NFL and the owners did not want to lose the lawsuit which would mean losing power. My dog barks the whole time I am out?

I wasn't sure how to address the situation when I had this problem with my dog. I use to lock him up in a crate when I left the house and he would bark up a storm. Not sure how I got him to stop but this is what I did: When I got home I let him out of the crate and ignored him for a few minutes b/c if you start petting them and loving them when you come home and they've been barking the whole time, you reinforce that barking is okay. I hate my mother so much, you seriously have to read this and think if it is normal. No question surrounds that my mother and i have never seen eye to eye. I am a straight a student, achived 3a*s and 8a's at GCSE and 4 A's at A level. My mother's response to me doing well after my sociology a level and getting an a was not well done son but rather i got an a in sociology in the most spiteful and harsh tone ever. Before my a level exam actually it was my mother's day off and she had already said she would not be taking me to school as she wanted a lie in. That was fine, i got the bus to and fro school for every exam and so it didnt bother me, however the way she acted this day really pissed me off. My exam was actually at 2 and she couldnt be bothered to even get out of bed at even 1 o'clock to drive me to school but the reason she would not get out of bed is because i could vividly and clear as day hear her having sex with her boyfriend. I had an important a level exam and my mother refused to take me at 1 o'clcok in the afternoon because she was too busy having sex, surely that's not right!?!. I confronted her about this and her response to this was not i'm sorry but rather, and i quote as i can remember, "it's my house, not your's, i will do what i fuc**ing want". I was ten minutes late for my exam because i had to get the bus but i couldnt even be bothered with the hassle of telling her. 3 days later, i woke up for school and she had left for work, i went in to the bathroom and she had left a used condom in the toilet present for everyone to see, including my 14 year old brother, absolutely disgusting. Her response to this was again, "its my ******ing house, i will do what the fu*k i want". My brother needed the bathroom so i had to fish a used condom out of the toilet. Obviously i confronted her about this and she literally went off on the biggest rant i have ever witnessed, swearing left right and centre, when i was talking to her in a manner, raised as it was due to what she had did, never swearing at her. She has also came down the stair's on christmas day with her dressing gown wide open as she was drunk from the night before. She has done this several times and one time she answered the door to my friend, who was then 15 with here dressing gown, as usual wide open, with everything on show and when i tell her to put some clothes on she constantly for some uknown reason tells me to fu**k off and stop trying to be her dad. This is not the behaviour of a woman functioning normally surely. My brother has also witnessed her having sex with her bedroom door wide open at 9 o'clock in the evening and my brother said her boyfriend (her 2nd boyfriend out of 6 in a space of 6 years actually looked at him and just carried on. My brother was in tears and came into my room. My mother accused him of lying saying he was making it up even though she could be heard clearly even downstairs and he would not lie or make up a story about such a thing. The amount of times my mother has said that she wished i never lived in the house and that she didnt have to know me can not be counted. She talks to me like i am subhuman and near enough every day, every couple of hours tells me to fu**k off and launches into a torrent of abuse for god knows reasons. The very moment i am writing this for instance, just two hours earlier, beacuse i have no money as i am saving up for univeristy and am in the limbo between exam results and university and so can not realisticly find a job that will be happy to employ me and get rid of me in 2 months, i couldnt go out today as i have no money. She launched with abuse about how i have no friends and go fu**k off and live somewhere else. My girlfriend and I were raised into different religions. She was born into the Jehovah Witness society and I was raised along Christianity. We are both fairly new in our relationship. If eyeliner is too dark then colour both brows. Try to get your hair to cover where it's gone, but that's about the best you can do. I wish you the best. Going to a claims court when u only had a witness, no written agreement?

i gave my friend $2000 to look for a car for me. now, we fell off and he keeps making promises on giving me my money back. we dont have a written agreement but i have another friend who i actually gave the money to give to him. he said that i owe him some money for breaking te headlight of his car, and that he will take part of that money for that. the cost of replacing the headlight is approximately $500. so, if i go to the claims court, am i likely to get my money back if i only have a witness? besides that i have a couple of text messages. if he doesnt appear to court, what happens to him? what happens to me?

I love Jehovah, and belive the Bible is His inspired word, I see that hell in the Bible is the grave, and that the scriptures reveal God is one, Jesus is His Son, and that the spirit is His power. I also believe the earth is man's home, and that only the anointed are going to heaven to rule over the earth in Christ's Kingdom. The Bible Students also believe these things but don't put all the rules and requirements that the faith I was raised in does. They believe the restoration work will be available to all mankind after armageddon, which according to Pastor Russell, will be God's cleansing the earth of institutions and goverments that impede mankind's aspiration to righteousness, and not the destruction of the wicked (ie. non-Witnesses) into second death. They believe mankind will recieve opportunity to live forever during Christ's reign. This makes sense to me. How could one who is not a Witness die now, before armageddon, and recieve an opportunity to live forever in paradise, yet that same person, in the Watchtower's view, lives on, dies at armageddon, and recieves the second death without opportunity? This is the view, currently, and I reject it. I see no need to go out to save people, when in reality they will recieve opporutunity to live forever during Christ's reign. Is it just me? This is no whim, I've researched extensively, 12 years in the making.

My girlfriend was charged with assault after her ex attacked her at her house?

My girlfriend was at her house last night with her son when her ex husband showed up to pick up here son for the night. He told her that he has told her son that it is ok that he starts calling his new girlfriend mom. She reposnded back that she does not approve of it because she is her mom and no one else is. He got angry and rose his voice and said "You know I should set your straight sometimes for the things that you do!". His new girlfriend was standing right there and started to yell at my girlfriend. She asked them to leave because she didnt want any issues. They continued to yell and try and push their way into the house. She attempted to close the door but they pushed in and broke the screen door and pushed my girlfriend, she then pushed back. They ended up calling the police and told them that my girlfriend had attacked them by punching and ripping his shirt. He works in tree trimming and rippes his shirts everyday doing that. The cops believed what they said because she had no one that witnessed it. They had someone else drive over and take their son before the police showed up and they had him tell the police their story about her attacking them. She was charged with a class B misdemeanor for assault. She has no previous record of anything. He has a past of violence but sadly not recorded. What can she do? This is in the state of Utah by the way.
